Hi! I am a self-taught gluten free baker, living in Gothenburg, Sweden. I bake everything that is sweet, everything from cupcakes to buns. I do alot of experimenting to find out the best way to bake gluten free. I love everything with butter and sugar. Hi! I am 20 years old and I live in Gothenburg, Sweden. I love baking and sweets! When I was 12 I found out that I was allergic to gluten. So I want to inspire people to bake gluten free, people often thing it is very difficult and requires a lot of extra work. I want to show the opposite, many times it's enough to replace plain flour to gluten free flour mix.
